Any chance you are in the berkeley area? We have a class here that takes
on projects like this every spring. If so you might contact, Prof. John
Radke (ratt at ratt.net) and ask if he is still looking for projects.

If you are elsewhere, you might try contacting your local university.
Planning departments often have classes which develop studio projects of
this kind.
