[postgis-users] Missing include for FreeBSD

To get BYTE_ORDER defines <sys/types.h> is needed under
FreeBSD. I've put the inculde in postgis.h for quick building,
but a better handling is needed for that.

(0.7.5 is the version that needs that, I don't know about CVS)
