[postgis-users] "graphical edition" and Postgis

Hello all,

Assumes that there are many layers in a 
PostGIS database, and some layers need to
be modified, for example, in the layer of countries,
one country was divided in two and each part
get new limits. In Postgis is not possible to
edit graphicaly the new limits of new countries
and will be need other graphic tool to digitalize
the data. 
How do you recomend to make this changes??
