Are you running cygwin using the .bat file (cygwin.bat?) or just by clicking on
the .exe? The batch file usually sets up your $PATH environment variable to let
you run the appropriate commands... if you can't figure out how to get your
environment set up, then you should be able to run the commands by using their
full path-name ie. C:\cygwin\bin\bunzip2
