[postgis-users] Update to where clause errors

>     CONNECTION "dbname=edumap"

Make sure this specifies the entire connection information - host, user, 
and password.

Mapserver is spitting out an error somewhere, I just dont know where.

To use shp2img do this:

1. go to the directory with shp2img in it (should be where mapserver 
installed itself)
2. do :
   shp2img -m {path/to/map/file.map} -o out.png
