[postgis-users] Conformance Done

OK, PostGIS'ers, we have finally made it. We now pass the OpenGIS 
conformance test for Simple Features for SQL. You can prove it to 
yourself by downloading the latest and greatest CVS versions of GEOS and 
PostGIS, carefully following the compile/install instructions in the 
PostGIS readme, then going to the examples/ogc_test_suite directory in 
postgis and following the README.

Tested under Red Hat 7.3 so far.
