[postgis-users] Current Status

For all those interested in the bigger picture:

- GEOS is currently tracking the JTS 1.3 version, which means it has 
robust predicates and "pretty good" operators. The JTS 1.4 version will 
add robust operators to the mix.
- GEOS is still being cleaned for memory leaks.
- Once GEOS is leak free, we will release a paired PostGIS/GEOS release 
which includes versions known to work together.
- That paired release will be what we submit to OGC for official 
conformance testing.
