Ricardo,

As a small correction, the FME Suite provided by Safe Software, though
primarily a translation tool, has an FME Viewer application that comes
with it that allows visualization of any FME readable source format,
including PostGIS.

As a reminder the FME Translator can both read and write to and from
PostGIS/PostgreSQL databases in case you wanted to move to a different
format for which you already have a preferred viewer/editor.

The only drawback I suppose is that you do have to pay for FME =)
