[postgis-users] PostGIS with Mapserver/Mapscript 4.0

Norman,
Thanks for the tip. I've always just been installing the precompiled versions
of Proj that came with Mapserver/Mapscript. How exactly should I go about
installing Proj in Cygwin - is there anything specific I should do, or do I
just un-tar the file, run make, then make install? That's really little more
than a guess on my part. I don't see anyging on the RS web page that
explicitly says what to do with the tar file, and I'm clearly a newbie when it
comes to this kind of stuff...
