[postgis-users] new CVS version - GEOS geometries are deletable now

I tested the new vesion of GEOS and it appears that Geometries made with 
a GeometryFactory are now deleteable without problems.

I've committed this change to PostGIS, so GEOS shouldnt be leaking memory.

I've also run the OGC test suite, and the only problem is with Buffer().
