[postgis-users] how stable is postGIS

Dear users

CAn someone tell me how stable is PostGIS version 0.8.1 ? I couldnt find any 
info in the documentaion or website.

However, mysql clearly states that 4.0 is developments release and 4.1 which 
has the spatial extension is teh current alpha release
