[postgis-users] installation problems:can't find makefile.global, makefile.shplib

eeeps! please don't read my previous response. stupid
of me for not understanding mr. darren's post
completely. ok mr. darren, this time i got what you're
trying to say. my apologies. 
 
i executed ./configure from /home/postgres directory.
so i should be searching for contrib folder there
right?
