I've used this to create an Windows PostGIS installer
that is compatible with the 8.0-beta1 PostgreSQL installer from

http://pgfoundry.org/projects/pginstaller

You can download the installer (PostGIS 0.8.2, GEOS 1.0.0, PROJ 4.4.7) from

http://dcmms.sourceforge.net/postgis_installer.php

Install to the same directory where you installed PostgreSQL.
PostGIS documentation in PDF and CHM format will be installed
to the doc folder of the PostgreSQL installation.

Don't get confused because the website and documentation
are still talking about Cygwin - this will change soon.
