[postgis-users] postgis install error [compile-time] (better formatted log)

Oh, sorry!
I should have looked closer. Your problem is you compile is not finding 
your proj4 headers. Have you compiled and installed proj4 in /usr/local? 
That is where the compile is looking for them. Either set USER_PROJ = 0 
or install proj4.
