[postgis-users] Step by step build notes for Win32 PostgreSQL 7.5/PostGIS

Hi everyone,

Here is a copy of the build notes which I made when doing my last
rebuild of my Win32 PostgreSQL snapshot with PostGIS. It all seems
fairly straightforward apart from compiling postgis_geos_wrapper.cpp
which I have to do by hand :(. Can anyone come up with a better way of
doing this?
