No problem Charlton. You are one of the few PostGIS users to have a busy 
enough database to wrap the oids over the signed integer maximum. Note 
that this is not a number-of-records limitation, but a number of events 
limitation, as the oid increments with inserts, updates, all sorts of 
things. Using a real unique key is preferred anyways -- more visibility 
and control. Also the PgSQL developers threaten to deprecate oid with 
each release.
