[postgis-users] 0.8.2 Release

All,
   I have decided to cut a 0.8.2 release, which has a fair amount of 
mainstream goodness in it, as well as the optional lwgeom stuff for 
people who want to push performance to the max.
   The next release should have the 7.5Windows patches in it, close to 
when PgSQL 7.5 goes into beta (June'ish, apparently).
