[postgis-users] tiger question

I used ogr2ogr to convert some tiger files to ESRI Shapefile.  From
there, I used shp2pgsql to import the shapefiles into postgres.

I've noticed that the geometry, CompleteChain for example, has a dbf
file associated with it.  Is that data grabbed by shp2pgsql, or do I
need to import the dbf to another table?  If so, what's the best way
to get a dbf into postgres?
