Hi David/Gary,

I've just updated the web page at http://www.webbased.co.uk/mca/ so that you
can download the DLLs separately from the main installer. There is also a
new version of the PostGIS installer which corrects a bug when installing
PostgreSQL to a different directory - I've also uploaded the source so that
Steffen can make use of the changes when he decides to do another release.
