[postgis-users] Problems with installing postgis

Hi!

I have some problems installing postgis with cygwin on Windows XP.  The
installation of Proj.4 and Geos runs without any problems but when I tried
to configure the master makefile for the postgis installation with

./configure --enable-multibyte --with-CXX --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc
--docdir=/usr/doc/postgresql-$version

I got the following error:

Bash: ./configure: No such file or directory

I would be very glad if anyone could help me.
