I spent my times this week-end on updating and improving my French documentation
for French Users

At the moment, only the doc is available at this link

Paul on PostGIS Site can U change the link for 'Windows Build Instructions' to this link ? thanks

We will make more stuffs for postgis.fr in August and September.
