[postgis-users] AddGeometryColumn with any user

hello

in  my db only postgres user can use "select AddGeometryColumn ..."

how can I make any user run
"SELECT AddGeometryColumn('gtest','geom',-1,'POLYGON',2);"
other than postgres super user.
