I resolved (apparently) by installing redaline-devel from rpm packages
and deleting "--with-libs=/usr/local/lib" from postgres configure line
script.
After all goes fine. I installed Postgis and now can create database and
add postgis support through the 2 sql command files.
Next step is to install qgis and have access to postgis layer through it :)
What a beautiful world....
