Carbon Tools probably includes some WKB and WKT handling functions. It 
is .Net.  Also, I would hope that ArcObjects could ingest WKB? Hope?

The internal storage format is neither WKT nor WKB. You only get those 
at output time, when the geometry is retrieved.
