Hello.

 In PostGIS online user manual's 4.2.1 "The SPATIAL_REF_SYS Table"( 
http://postgis.refractions.net/docs/ch04.html#id3176927),
 it described  availability of "a listing of EPSG projection codes and their 
corresponding WKT representations" in 
http://www.opengis.org/techno/interop/EPSG2WKT.TXT.

 However this URL now doesn't exist.

 Does anyone know current URL of this info?
