Hi Steve,

Try something like:

	BEGIN;
	CREATE TABLE old_geometry_columns WITH OIDS AS SELECT * FROM
geometry_columns;
	SELECT probe_geometry_columns();
	COMMIT;

This should look through all your tables for columns of type geometry and
insert the relevant entries back into geometry_columns.
