[postgis-users] Win32 Installer for Postgis 1.0.0-rc4 now available

Hi everyone,

I've just created a new Win32 installer based upon PostGIS 1.0.0-rc4, GEOS
2.1.1 and PROJ 4.4.9. RC4 importantly contains a fix to the collect/accum
function which was preventing some Mapserver queries from working correctly.
The download can be found at http://www.webbased.co.uk/mca/. Please report
any issues back to the mailing lists.
