[postgis-users] How to start the postgres service without root privilege

One more question:
I tried to test the /examples/ogc_test_suite
after I run: psql ogc_test_suite < ../../lwpostgis.sql
an error occurs: 
ERROR:  current transaction is aborted, commands ignored until end of
transaction block
