Yes, I did.

1) createdb ogc
-- -correct here
2) createlang plpgsql ogc
-- -correct here
3) psql ogc < ../../lwpostgis.sql > log
-- -error happened.
-- - in log file, it only says
-- - BEGIN
-- - ROLLBACK
-- - on terminal, it shows:
-- - ERROR:  current transaction is aborted, commands ignored until
end of transaction block
