[postgis-users] docbook requirement

I don't really mind about PostGIS Doc since
on Windows I've already xsltrpoc, docbook and pdflatex, pdfxmltex (too)
and db2latex...But I only ask for Docbook for postgis-users who wants to install it...Nevermind

But U're right...Doc is not really important ... :--)

  Sounds fair, but again, I wouldn't mind IFF current release
  process works. If we want to help testing it we might add
  the produced documentation in CVS as we did for generated
  parser code.
