[postgis-users] Relationships

Hello all,

I would like to know how the relationships are done in PostGIS.

I have one shapefile that I imagine that will be loaded on PostGIS (using
shp2pg)  but I don't know how to add a dbf table that isn't a shapefile but
will be related to the shapefile I just loaded.

I would like to know:

All the shapefile (GEO) files will be loaded on a postgreSQL database ?
The dbf file will be loaded on the postgreSQL ?
