Hi,
I believe, what you mean by the 'dependency dlls' is the .NET
assemblies. You can install ArcObjects .NET assemblies which is included
in ArcGIS Desktop package. I use ArcGIS 9.0, and the assemblies in the
1st CD.

Since zigGIS designed for ArcObjects 8.x, and from version 9.0, ESRI was
re-organizing the ArcObjects, so you have to change all ArcObjects 8.x
references to the new ArcObjects 9.x assemblies.
I also recommend you to install ArcObjects Developer Kit (CD2) which is
include the developer guide to guide you to make all those changes.
