Did U change listen_adresses = '*' in /usr/local/pgsql/data/postgresql.conf

as I said to U?

and can U give us the line U have at the end of the file

/usr/local/pgsql/datapg_hba.conf

try to find lines beginning by

local ... ...
host ... ...
