Happy Easter everyone!

I've finally finished rewriting the build system for the Win32 installer and
have uploaded the new PostGIS 1.1.2 installers to
http://www.webbased.co.uk/mca/.

For those interested in how the new build system works, please download the
installer source and look at the README and win32build.sh scripts. The
process is now almost completely automated which should make it easier for
other packagers to produce their own installers, and means that I can
produce a .exe installer for testing (including running regression tests) in
just under 4 mins :)

I've also tidied up the installer source more, and made some more
alterations from the earlier versions, in particular:

	- Replace spaces with tab indentation in postgis.nsi
	- Renamed the default database from dcmms to postgis
	- shp2pgsql is now compiled with libiconv support
	- Experimental topology functions are now included (topology.sql)

As always, please report any bugs/problems to the mailing lists. I'd be
particularly interested in people's experience in using the new build system
to generate their own versions of the PostGIS packages.

Kind regards,

Mark.
