[postgis-users] postgis as a spatial repository

Hi,

Do someone here know about a frontend for postgis to use it as a spatial
repository ?

My departement uses lots of geographical layers and want to start a
project of data management : ability to store new files, update old
files with versionning, launch geographical queries on the repository,
etc.
