[postgis-users] Problem on ./configure

Hi list,

I am trying to compile the postgis with this command line, but it report 
an error:

Command: ./configure

Error: configure: error: PostgreSQL is required by PostGIS

I have the postgresql installed without any doubt, but this message 
always appears.

Could someone tell me what is wrong ?
