[postgis-users] [off-topic] dbf2pg

Not really off topic.  There is a dbf2pg utility in the postgresql ./ 
contrib section, I believe. But since we already have a great dbf  
handler maybe we should think about allowing shp2pgsql to operate in  
dbf-only mode...
