[postgis-users] vers 1.1.1 configure fails on Ubuntu

Hmmm frustration:

sudo ./configure --prefix=/usr --with-pgsql=/usr/bin --with-proj=/usr

configure: error: Invalid argument to --with-pgsql

I have checked this several times, everything seems right - any ideas
what I'm missing?
