[postgis-users] Postgis 1.1.5 Windows Version ?

Dear Postgis - Users,

We have two simple questions:
 Is Version 1.1.4+ compilied with GEOS3 ?
 When will a windows version be available? (or is mca in vacation :) )
 
We hope that our problems (geos union threw an error and so on) are solved
with GEOS3.x.
