Hi Mike/David,

I've uploaded a test version of the Win32 installer from my PostgreSQL
8.2 beta 1 source tree to
http://postgis.refractions.net/download/windows/beta/postgis-pg82beta1-setup-1.1.5-1.exe. 

Disclaimer:
PostgreSQL 8.2 should come with PostGIS 1.1.5 as standard, so consider
this an unsupported release which is for testing only and not production
use.

Please let us know if you experience any problems.
