[postgis-users] Coordinate transformation problem

I have been working on geocoding of SAR imagery over Belgium areas.
I found back a remark in an E-mail to my collegue who used the data for
agricultural area assessment. It says:

"I have used the correct datum shifts between the WGS84 and LCC2.
I found them on a web site and they are in the order of 80 m and 120 m
in X and Y"

But I can't remember which web site, and in what direction I applied the
shift.

This seems to be in the order of your shift.
