[postgis-users] mdb files

Thanks for writing this tutorial.  I think since this is a one time  
deal for me I can borrow a windows box and just use the prebuilt  
fwtools to do the conversion for me.  But if that does not work I  
will look into using mdbtools and unixodbc.
