[postgis-users] PostGIS+interactive graph+Perl/Tk

Hello,

I want to display a GIS map (roads) in a perl/tk
frame, and a graph (nodes,arcs) on top of it, where
the nodes have GPS positions stored in postgis, and
both nodes and arcs have additional informations that
are loaded from the SQL database and displayed
interactively via balloons. There are many perl
modules and open-source GIS available, and I am
getting lost. Could you please drop me a line on what
modules and other software fits best? Open-source
only, please. Thank you.
