[postgis-users] Moving tables from Oracle to PostGIS

Hi,
We have a set of tables with meteo data stored in Oracle. They use no
spatial extensions or anything. In fact, they were moved to Oracle
because they were too large for Access. So we'd like to move them into
PostGIS, and additionally, add the geometry column (available in a
shapefile). This latter point is easily done in a join after importing
the non-spatial tables, but it would be nice to be able to do in one
go.

Can anyone suggest the best way to mirror (+enhance :D) our current
Oracle DB into PostGIS?
