[postgis-users] Problem installing PostGIS

I am installing PostGIS 1.3.1 from source on RedHat EL5 on
Postgresql-8.2.5-2PGDG.rhel5 RPM version

I get an error when upping lwpostgis.sql into my test database:

CREATE FUNCTION
CREATE FUNCTION
CREATE FUNCTION
psql:/usr/share/lwpostgis.sql:4093: ERROR:  could not find function
"coveredby" in file "/usr/lib/pgsql/liblwgeom.so.1.3"
psql:/usr/share/lwpostgis.sql:4099: ERROR:  current transaction is aborted,
commands ignored until end of transaction block
psql:/usr/share/lwpostgis.sql:4105: ERROR:  current transaction is aborted,
commands ignored until end of transaction block



Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated
