[postgis-users] Postgres 8.2 installation problem

Hi all! 

Im trying to install postgres 8.2 in a windows 2003 server enviroment, and
confronting a problem: 
near the end of the installation, when the message "Initializing database
cluster (this may take a minute or two)...", then it never finishes.  What
could be wrong?  this is (I think) the final installation step.
