There's something available called pgrouting although to all honesty I
haven't tested it in a 'real' scenario.

Preliminary tests were encouraging though. ;-)

We've also written a Location Based Service at Madeira GPS
<http://www.madeiragps.com/>  using PHP and PostgreSQL/Postgis. This
solution has proven to be extremely stable and robust.

Im Lavanya A, im currently using PostGIS for my project on "Location based
Services"

Can i know whether network analysis , or finding the route between any two
point possible using PostGIS?
