Hi Paul

I have registered the postgis.cl domain in order to make a repository, or a
possible mirror in spanish language for postgis.org. if you are in agree
with this, this is a formal offer. if you are not agree, i only make a
forward for postgis.org, no more.

I have made a mapserver spanish site in order to make the same with
mapserver docs. si web adress is  www.mapserver-hispano.org

I will have a rack of powerfull servers in march, in order to host many open
souce projects such a mirrors or projcts for the spanish documentation of
geospatial opensource software solutions.

i will host hotsgis linux mirror in chile too.

any comments, sugestions ?
