Unfortunately "Windows Build Instructions" is a bit misleading. This is 
a complete Postgis users guide in French and visitors may not follow the 
link if they are not looking for windows build infos.

Could someone update the text of the link at 
http://postgis.refractions.net/documentation/ to reflect that? Perhaps 
change the link to say one of: "Guide de l'utilisateur de 
PostgreSQL/PostGIS", "Guide de l'utilisateur", or "Users Guide (French)".
