sorry @ list for bothering you,

i could just work out by myself what the problem was. anyway i am going to report the solution just in case anybody else will have this problem:

allright what you have to do in this case is:

1. open mc (midnight commander or comparable fileexplorer)
2. search for the file libpq.so.4
3. add the path where you could find libpq.so.4 file to /etc/ld.so.conf
4. run ldconfig
5. try again.
